We are a group dedicated to social paddling and we cater for everyone, from new beginner to the seasoned paddler. We are passionate about paddle boarding and have long recognised that SUP is more a lifestyle, than a sport.
We are a casual and social group, who are happy to share experiences, information and techniques with everyone. There are no prerequisites, other than bring yourself and enjoy. Anyone who wants to try paddle boarding can hire a board at one of our events. Check out the FAQ page for further details.
SUP Melbourne acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as Australia’s First Peoples and as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which we live and waters on which we paddle. We pay our deepest respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
We celebrate diversity and respect the dignity of all people. Every person who paddles with us has the right to be safe and to be treated justly. We value every person’s cultural or linguistic background, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expressions, intersex status, relationship status, religion or spiritual beliefs, socioeconomic status, age and abilities.
